Psychotherapy literally means "Healing the Soul". Our personalities and the world around us are multifaceted and often mysterious. Finding meaning in who we are and our world can empower us to know ourselves and our lives better: To bring perspective and new possibilities to how we are experiencing and living. I have worked and studied in many areas including social work, philosophy, music, martial arts and shamanic practices. I use a wide range of modalities depending on the needs, uniqueness and preferences of each person. My therapy training includes Existential-Integrative psychotherapy which emphasizes the search for meaning and wholeness in our lives.
My social work background in Canada and England dates back to 1984 and includes counselling and support with a variety of client groups including adolescents, children and families, developmental and learning disabilities.
Sessions vary from 60 - 90 minutes (same fee) according to preference and reflect both multimodality and depth orientation.
